We are very proud to present you our new feature -OfferSync-

It might be the most used feature ever, as it will save you plenty of time.

With OfferSync, you will be able to import Offers from other networks or platforms into Scaleo and also keep them synced on a daily base.

That way, your offers will always be up to date for any changes which might happen to the original offer.

That means, you can simply import offers without thinking about changing rates, caps or anything else as it will be updated on a daily base.

It will save you more time to focus on your affiliate and advertiser relations.

As of now, Scaleo Offer Sync supports the following platforms.
– Scaleo
– Hasoffers
– Affise

Of course we also added a bunch of help articles into our support desk to help you getting started with Offer Sync.

This feature can be found under the tools menu and is available for administrator access only.

What to expect in 2019

What to expect in 2019

The year already started and so did we too.

But let’s look back first.
Scaleo did get some great little things over the last couple of months.

So, let’s directly have a look at it!

We added:

– change transaction status by click id through API
– bulk creative upload
– add tags for offers and affiliates
– added Desktop OS for device targeting
– added new export options to the finance section
– added mass Adjustment Feature

Those are the little things, but we are also working on some pretty impressive new features.

In a few weeks we are able to release a big new feature:

Offer Sync

With Offersync you will be able to import all offers from other Scaleo, Affise, Hasoffers and Cake platforms into your own Scaleo Platform.

But not only import, you will also be able to sync them on a daily basis to reflect any changes in the original offers.
That way, you don’t have to check for offerchanges by yourself and can be ensured that every offer is always up to date.

The following Screenshot shows you a little bit what Offersync will look like.

The Offersync will make your daily work definitely easier and will allow you to spend more times in analyzing traffic as well as working closer with your affiliates.

In addition, the offersync will be maintained by us and more sources will  be added so that you are able to import and sync offers from any network.

Another new upcoming feature will be:

Smartlink Feature

With our Smartlink Feature you will be able to redirect any traffic to the best available offer for it.
That way, you are able to literally monetize every click.

Allthough you are already able to do that now by using our Advanced Redirect feature in any offer, our Smartlink Feature will be way more advanced and requires little setup to cover everything.

Another big thing we do have planned for 2019 is our:

Redesign of Scaleo

Scaleo does already reflect a clean and easy to use Interface.
But it might be time to make it even better and go with the time to reflect a modern and still easy to use look and feel.

We are very happy to announce, that we are currently rolling out our newest update to our platforms.


Major Update: Goals & Offersetup 

The Major changes in this update is actually the way how Offers and Goals are setup.

Below we are listing the new features and changes including the updated supportarticle for it.


  • simplified Offersetup
  • now Offer allows multiple goals with different types (CPS+CPL)
  • new Offerview to show not only CPL but also CPS Price
  • change of {hash} token into {click_id}¬†
    Note: all old tokens, Pixels or Postbacks will continue to work.

Offer Goals:

  • goals support now different tracking methods. (Pixel and Postback)
  • added option to allow multiple conversions for a goal.
  • added option to turn off that affiliate pixels are fired on selected goals.
  • allow to change default goals for every offer¬†
  • added global postback url. To be used for all offers across the whole platform
    Note: all old tokens, Pixels or Postbacks for already existing offers will continue to work.
    New offers will require the new postbacks or pixels to be placed.

Advanced Rules:

  • added SubID & Mobile Carrier as additional conditions
  • added option to allow multiple conversions for a goal.
  • added option to turn off that affiliate pixels are fired on selected goals.
  • allow to change default goals for every offer¬†

Additional Changes & Improvements:

  • Offerlog was removed from each offer and added into the Report Section
  • Custom Fields within Signup Settings can now be marked as required or optional
  • added new API functionality to create & edit offers
  • added Whitelist & Blacklist IP for API in Platform Settings.
  • existing API Calls are modified to support an easier use

New Feature: Mailroom

New Feature: Mailroom

We are very happy to announce, that all platforms have been updated with our latest feature.


The Mailroom enables Admin and all Managers to send different sorts of emails and newsletters to various sets of users of your platform.

Note:¬†you¬†must¬†change your “Email From” email address of your platform (another than the default Scaleo one) in order to use the Mailroom functionality.

You can find the Mailroom on the left side, within the main menu:

Once you are within the Mailroom you will see an empty list of Newsletters and Emails. Hitting the Add button, will bring you to the adding form:

This adding form has several sections:

Common info section

  • Title.¬†The name of the newsletter, which is shown in the list.
  • Type.¬†The newsletter type:¬†One Time¬†(will be sent immediately),¬†Automated¬†(will be sent on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis).
  • Sending Date.¬†Available: now (immediately) or a single date for¬†One Time¬†type and the appropriate schedule for¬†Automated¬†type.

Recipients section
Recipients Type:

  • All Affiliates, Advertisers.
  • Affiliates.¬†Will be sent to all or selected affiliates
  • Advertisers.¬†Will be sent to all or selected advertisers
  • Managers.¬†Will be sent to all or selected managers (available for Admin or Full access Managers only)
  • Affiliates running selected offers.¬†Will be sent to all appropriate affiliates
  • Users assigned to the selected manager¬†(available for Admin or Full access Managers only)
  • Users assigned to me¬†(available for Admin or Full access Managers only)

Recipients Status:

  • All.¬†Will be sent to users with all statuses
  • Active.¬†Only for users with Active status
  • Pending.¬†Only for users with Pending status
  • Rejected.¬†Only for users with Rejected status

Content section

  • From.¬†Text beside the email address in the actual letter
  • Subject.¬†The subject of the letter
  • Template. You can choose among¬†Main¬†Template¬†and¬†No¬†templates¬†to be used for your newsletter
  • Body.¬†Enter the letter body here, you can use common HTML markup
  • Available tokens for newsletters are:¬†¬†{company_name}, {homepage_url}, {platform_url}, {logo_url}, {main_color}, {links_color}, {first_name}, {last_name}, {email}

Attached offers section.
Use this to attach any offers to your newsletter

  • None.¬†Do not attach any offers to the email
  • New Offers (Added within last 2 weeks).¬†Only active offers, which have been added during the last 2 weeks will be attached
  • All Active.¬†Attach all active offers, available in the platform
  • Selected.¬†You can select any offers you like

Once the email is added, you can find it in the list with a basic info:

In the example above all affiliates will receive this email each Friday at 18:00 o’clock.

Email Preview

After adding the email you’ll have an ability to test your newsletter.
Open the added email and find the Email Preview field at the very bottom:

Fill in the email address, which you’d like to receive the email to and click “Send” – a moment later you’ll receive the email.

Mailroom Access

  1. The access could be adjusted for different managers roles. It could be done under Admin in this section: Settings -> Advanced -> Mailroom Access. You can choose among:
    • Admin, All Managers
    • Admin, Unlimited Managers Only
    • Admin Only

    The mailroom option will be available only to selected roles.

  2. The limited manager will be able to see only his own newsletters in the list.
    For the Recipients Type only users, assigned to the limited manager will be filtered and used accordingly.


The Main email template is used by default for all emails within Mailroom functionality.
But you can use the¬†No Template¬†parameter, which will allow to add all custom markup and styles manually and not be tied with the standard platform’s templates.

Sending emails and newsletters which are resulting in a “Hard Bounce” (email does not exists) can result in having the mailroom functionality restricted.
We strongly advise to check all accounts on a regular basis if the email is up to date. Failure of having a clean email list, could lead to having the Mailroom restricted permanently.

We just launched another very handy new feature at Scaleo. 

Signup Customization

Scaleo has now also an option for adjusting the sign up forms. 
This feature is available at the Settings page of your platform.

The first thing you notice – this adjustment can be done for affiliates and advertisers sign ups separately:

All settings and switches for affiliates and advertisers look identical, so we’ll proceed with describing it for affiliates.

With the first switcher you can allow or deny the ability to sign up for affiliates:

When disabled, the “Sign Up” button will be hidden at the login form of the platform.

The set of¬†Standard fields. These fields can’t be switched off and are always mandatory:

The second field set contains all adjustable fields. Any field here could be:

  • Switched¬†off. This field won’t be presented on the form.
  • Set as¬†required. The field is present on the form and needs to be filled out in order to proceed.
  • Set as¬†optional. The field is present on the form, however it could be left empty.

The full set of such fields is on the screenshot bellow:

Custom Fields
In this section you can add as many fields as you like. For each of them you can indicate the field Title, Type and Description (optional).
You can choose among three types:

  • Short text.¬†Standard text field, up to 128 characters.
  • Long text.¬†Text area field, up to 256 characters.
  • Yes/No switcher.¬†Could be used for any questions or statements, which require the yes/no answer.

Advanced Settings

Here you can set some additional options:

  • Terms and Conditions¬†and¬†Privacy Policy¬†switchers.
    When set ON, the appropriate checkbox will be shown on the reg form. Such checkbox is required for checking prior to sending the reg data.
  • Custom Sign Up URL.¬†
    You may use this to set the external URL for sign up purposes. When set, the click on the Sign Up button will bring the user to the indicated link instead of standard Scaleo one.
    Leave it blank, if you don’t want to use¬†Custom Sign Up URL.

  • Redirect URL After Sign Up.¬†
    When set, the user will be redirected to the desired URL once he has submitted the form.
    That way, you can direct them to a custom thank you page, explaining what happens now after he registered.

Once you are done with all settings, you can check how the form looks like:

New Update: Featured Offers

New Update: Featured Offers

We just added another very handy new feature into Scaleo.

Featured Offers:

Admin and managers can switch any offer to be shown as a “Featured offer”, which means such an offer will stand out among other offers in the list in order to catch affiliates attention.
This feature can be easily activated at the offers edit page, right bellow the Status section:


Once it is done, all affiliates will instantly see those “Featured Offers” in their Affiliate Dashboard.

  1. The offer is marked with a special label in the list: 

Note:¬†keep in mind, that you’ll receive the best performance, when using this feature ONLY for Public and Private offers¬†availability¬†(“For all” and “By request” options)
If “Featured Offer” is activated for offers, which are hidden or only certain affiliates can see it, it will not be visible to any other affiliates.


All Admin/Full Manager can also quickly see those featured offers by using the filter in the offers overview:


  • Yes¬†– means show only featured offers
  • No¬†– show all common offers, but not featured
  • Not chosen¬†– show all offers, including featured
New Update: Referral Feature

New Update: Referral Feature

We are very happy to announce that all Tracking Platforms are updated now with our newest referral feature.
So, let’s directly have a look at it!

You can activate the Scaleo Referral Program at the Settings page of your platform: open the Advanced tab and switch it ON


As follows from the screenshot above, you also have two options to adjust:

  1. Default Referrals Commission. This value will be used for all new affiliates registrations
  2. Program Starting Date.¬†Here you can set the date of your Referral Program’s beginning. In other words, since this particular date the referral commission will be applied for affiliates (sponsors), who have referrals.

Note: You can edit the commission of selected affiliates manually in his profile

How It Works

Each affiliate has now a new Referrals menu item.
When affiliate opens this page, he can find his personal referral link:

So all new affiliates, who used this link for the registration, will become referrals of this initial affiliate, who provided the link (a Sponsor affiliate). The Sponsor affiliate will receive commission from earnings of his referrals (it will appear on a separate balance):

The percent of this commission depends on the value, which is set for each referral affiliate.
The affiliate can check the list of all referrals along with commissions values also on the Referrals page:

Admin Access

Admin has a permission to set/edit affiliates referral commissions and assign the sponsor ID to any affiliate. It could be done at the affiliate’s edit profile page:

So it is possible to change these values even after affiliates registration.

Note:¬†this couldn’t be done neither by¬†Limited Manager¬†nor by¬†Full Access Manager.
Only Admin has access to these properties.


The Referrals Report is available:

  1. Under Admin/Managers.¬†You can build the report for all or selected sponsors. The “By Referrals” breakdown is available.
  2. Under Affiliate. Shows stats by referrals for this particular affiliate:


Finally, affiliate can request the payment from his referral commission balance as usual, just need to select the source balance:

Note: the minimum payment level should be reached in order to be able to add the payment request.
